There is a saying that the right Lingerie is all it takes to conquer the world. While I cannot vouch for that, I can certainly say that the right underwear is a great step in the right direction. So, how exactly do we know what the right lingerie is?
That’s a very tricky question, isn’t it. So, I’m going to be starting a series on things to keep in mind when you buy lingerie online.
This week we are going to be exploring colors; Yay. I am neither ashamed or affronted to say that this is perhaps my favorite aspect of wild lingerie. Fact is there’s just something about colors that change the game, quite literally.
Lots of research has actually been dedicated to power, or should I say the influence of colors, and although these tend to explore less erotic focused trends. It still largely covers and helps us understand what we are doing when shopping. So, why not extend that towards wild lingerie shopping as well?
I’m going to be doing a two-part on this because colors are so cool that they offer so much in the way of consideration.
Are you buying a teddy, or bodysuit for semi-professional outfitting or are we getting a thong to feel more confident, or are we getting a corset to accentuate our curves and spice up our bedroom activities? The truth is color can not only sell you on the outfit you want to physically get, but the same feelings that drive you to buy lingerie could likely impact your partner or people who catch a peek between your jacket.
Semi-Professional? Pastels are colors that are always awesome for a work environment, have this in mind when purchasing lingerie intended for going beneath office wear. Another tip to consider is sexy but efficient, look when matching lingerie to office material. This can be easily achieved by matching a pastel set to vibrant lingerie, or vice versa. This way you are not skimping or overindulging in the “sexy” department.
Accentuating curves? Sharp colors like red, black and yellow are great for sliming and accentuating body curves at the same time!
Lastly building confidence: Cool colors aren’t just named after their most common color, blue, they are also famous for helping calming and boosting confidence. Try deeper shades today.
